All services are subject to a signed work order, scope of work agreement, or invoice detailing deliverables and timelines.

4. Order Process

• Orders are confirmed only after receiving a written quotation approval and payment as per terms.

• Custom furniture is made-to-order and may not be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Any design, dimension, or material changes after final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.

• Full or partial advance payment is required to initiate production.

• GST and other applicable taxes are extra unless specifically included.

• Payment modes accepted: Bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or approved digital payments.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders once confirmed are non-cancellable.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only applicable in the case of manufacturing defects or service failure.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 15 working days of approval.

7. Delivery & Installation

• Estimated timelines are shared during order confirmation but are subject to material availability, site readiness, and external conditions.

• Any delay caused by force majeure, client-side delays, or third-party vendors will be communicated.

• Site access, electricity, and safety provisions must be ensured by the client before installation begins.

8. Product Warranty

• All modular products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise.

• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, improper installation (if done externally), or wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, layouts, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Wide Concepts. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to:
