You’ve probably heard the saying clothes make the man before, and it’s true! Dressing professionally can help you land that promotion or even just make you feel better about yourself. You may not think about it, but how you dress does impact your self-confidence and how you are perceived by others. But how do you know what kind of wardrobe design would be best for your needs? There are so many different options out there that it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the choices available to you!
1. Hinged Door Wardrobe
Hinged door wardrobes might seem old-fashioned but they can be sleek and contemporary too. Hinged door wardrobes allow you to create varying depths in your closet. You may want a shallow area for storing ties and belts or deeper drawers for larger items like jeans or winter coats. You can also use hinged doors if you have a small space as they take up less floor space than swinging doors do. Plus, with sliding door closets becoming popular again, hanging clothes is much more accessible with smaller spaces if you don’t mind some of your clothes being stored behind closed doors.
2.Walk-in Wardrobe
If you have room for a walk-in closet, or even just an extra large space that you could dedicate to storing clothes, then walk-in wardrobes can be really helpful. This type of wardrobe design will give you extra storage and help keep your clothes organized. They’re great if you have trouble keeping track of all your clothes, or if you just want more control over how they’re arranged. What’s more is that they allow clothing plenty of room to breathe – so no need for some hangers-on top and others crammed below! Walk-in wardrobes are definitely a great investment if you plan on adding more pieces to your closet in the future. All in all, they’re one of my personal favorite types!
3. Sliding Door Wardrobe
The sliding door wardrobe is also commonly referred to as a bi-fold or multi-fold and can be used in any bedroom. The main advantage of using sliding doors is that they will take up much less floor space than conventional double wardrobe designs. If you do not have much room, or if you need additional storage then these would be a good option for you. For example, these would be perfect for smaller bedrooms such as kid’s bedrooms. Sliding door wardrobes are also suitable for apartments, condominiums, and small houses because they will save space and make your rooms look bigger. As an added bonus, most people find them easier to use than traditional wardrobes.
